Born to Puerto Rican parents, Chef Kevin was raised with el sazón. At an early age of 17, he embarked on his Culinary story. A graduate of the Art Institute of Phoenix, he quickly made connections with influential Chefs in the Valley of the Sun.  He was fortunate to work alongside Eddie Matney, LGO Hospitality, Upward Projects; Conceptually Social.  His experience includes restaurants, catering and private chef experiences in Arizona and abroad. His passion for creating balance in every dish is what sets his approach apart. He remains a student of the Culinary Arts with aspirations to explore globally and share his love and flavors with the masses.
